Freedom Group continues its consolidation of the accounting services industry through the acquisition of Lidhed & Boström Redovisning och Revision AB. The company offers accounting services, payroll administration and related financial and administrative services to small and medium-sized companies (“SMEs”).
The two acquisitions take the group's turnover to approx. SEK 230m and at the same time strengthen the group's geographical presence in Jönköping and Ulricehamn. The acquisition is in line with Freedom Group's strategy to consolidate and digitize the accounting services industry.

Lidhed & Boström Redovisning och Revision AB was founded in 2017 and has since made some acquisitions of smaller audit and bookkeeping firms to build a strong market position in southern Sweden. The company has approx. 36 FTEs across its offices in Jönköping and Ulricehamn.
