Freedom Group continues its strategic expansion in the accounting industry with the acquisition of two prominent accounting firms: Ekerö Redovisningsbyrå AB in Stockholm and Ekonomieffekt i Sverige AB in Sjöbo. These acquisitions are part of Freedom Group's ambition to consolidate and transform the accounting industry in Sweden. They contribute to an increase in the group's revenue by SEK 25 million.

Since its inception in 1987, Ekerö Redovisningsbyrå AB has established itself as one of the most stable and steadily growing accounting firms in Sweden, with a strong focus on customer dialogue and quality in its services. Ekonomieffekt Sverige AB, based in Sjöbo, was named Growth Agency of the Year in Skåne 2023 by delivering services and advice in economics that have an impact on local entrepreneurs. The business started in 2015 and is run by Filip Måbring and Kristoffer Nordström.
