Freedom Group continues its strategic expansion in the accounting industry by acquiring three new financial consulting firms based in Stockholm. In the southern suburbs, we find Framåt Affärsstöd i Norden AB, which also owns AB Örby Redovisning. North of Stockholm, in Täby, we have Sifferkontoret AB, as well as Kansliet i Sverige AB. All acquired companies will retain their current brands moving forward.
With these acquisitions, Freedom Group’s revenue increases by 35 million SEK, exceeding 400 million SEK.
