Freedom Group acquires Lots Ekonomi AB and Redovisnings- & Ekonomikonsulterna i Gävle AB‍

Freedom Group continues its consolidation journey with the acquisitions of Lots Ekonomi AB and Redovisnings- & Ekonomikonsulterna i Gävle AB. The companies offer accounting, payroll and related financial and administrative services to small and medium-sized companies. The two acquisitions bring the Group's revenues to approximately SEK 200m while strengthening the Group's geographical presence in Gävle and Västergötland. The additional acquisitions are in line with Freedom Group's strategy to consolidate and digitise the accounting industry.‍

About Lots Ekonomi AB
Lots Ekonomi AB was founded in 2012 through several acquisitions of smaller audit and accounting firms. During the financial year 2021/22, the auditing business Lots Revision AB was separated from the accounting business. Lots Ekonomi has approximately 51 full-time employees. The company offers accounting services in three regional areas: Sjuhäradsbygden, Skaraborg and Stockholm.‍
