Hemma Bäst-gruppen acquires PART Fastighetsförvaltning AB and thereby strengthens its position in southern Sweden.
statement

Anna and Peter Hellström started the company in 2013 and in just 7 years have shown that they can build up a business with SEK40m in turnover and good profitability. They have grown the business from the strong base in Halmstad and Part is now also represented in Helsingborg and Ängelholm. All of the sellers, including CEO Peter Hellström, will continue to work in the business and are also reinvesting in the Hemma Bäst group for further growth.

"PART shows what can be achieved with strong entrepreneurship. It has built a market-leading position in Halmstad and is now expanding its operations further in Halland and northern Skåne. PART will be the Hemma Bäst group's bridgehead into southern Sweden" - Magnus Jansson, Acting CEO, Hemma Bäst group

Hemma Bäst-gruppen's business concept is present, profitable and scalable management - for the new generation of properties, property owners and housing associations. We believe in digitisation and making it easier for property owners and residents to manage their property and have developed a proprietary IT platform for our clients to do just that.
