Midtjydsk is specialized in the sale and aftermarket servicing of electrical motors and related equipment as well as cranes and lifting equipment. The Company, based in Herning (Denmark), is owned by Michael Hougesen and Karsten Jakobsen who both have significant experience from the industry. The Company has been able to grow over recent years, both within the recurring customer base and new accounts as well as a continuing having a strong position in the crane and lifting equipment market.
Nordic Drives Group is MVI’s industrial roll-up within the OEM and aftermarket for industrial electric motors and frequency converters and the acquisition supports the goal of being the leading partner for motors and drives in Northern Europe.
