The Nestit Group Board of Directors has appointed Johannes Boson as CEO and Anders Petersson as CFO. Johannes will begin his role on December 1st, with Anders assuming his position on November 18th.

Johannes joins Nestit from Charge Amps, where he served as interim CEO and was a board member. He brings extensive experience as a CEO, having led Svea Solar and Telge Energi. Earlier in his career, Johannes held several senior roles within telecommunications, including at Tele2, 3 Sweden, and IP Only, with a strong focus on commercial growth and development.

Anders Petersson brings extensive experience, having served as CFO and Deputy CEO at Noxon, where he worked for 18 years. He has also taken on several interim roles, including as acting CFO at Art Clinic.

Johan Lindqvist, Chairman of the Board, has a deep background in the IT sector and extensive experience in building companies. Previously, he served as CEO of TeleComputing and Advance AB. Currently, Johan serves on the boards of Aweria AB, Hoylu AS, and Nipsoft AB, and is the chairman of the board for Radar Ecosystem Specialists AB and Balance Golf AB.
