In April 2024, MVI partnered with DSolution and Easy Partner with the aim to create a leading Office IT Infrastructure partner – Nestit Group. Nestit reflects MVI’s commitment to digitalization and sustainability, offering a comprehensive one-stop-shop solution for Nordic SMEs’ office infrastructure needs.

The foundation for Nestit Group established a solid national platform, with 100+ employees across 20+ locations. This positions the new group for significant expansion, offering a comprehensive suite of services to Nordic SMEs, including IT solutions, cybersecurity, document management, telephony, switchboards, and journey logs. Emphasizing IT as a critical business facilitator, the new group is set to continue DSolution and Easy Partner path as a dedicated outsourcing partner while adding more local champions to the group. A n internal equipment refurbishment process, followed by extended service terms, allows for a circular product offering that highlights the Group’s sustainability efforts.

The ambition is to continue the organic and inorganic growth in the Nordics where group companies will maintain their distinct brand identities while capitalizing on synergies from a shared service portfolio, shared knowledge, cross selling and support from group management and MVI. The vision is to keep the focus on the local SME customer while being able to offer an even greater service portfolio from Nestit group companies throughout the Nordics.
