Nestit Group expands through the acquisitions of Aditor and Computime

Nestit Group’s growth journey began in 2024. Since then, the group has expanded from two to nine companies and now operates in 26 locations across Sweden. With these acquisitions, Nestit Group establishes a presence in Kalmar, strengthens its position in Gothenburg, and grows to over 250 employees with a combined turnover exceeding SEK 670 million.

“There is a strong and growing demand for solutions designed to support businesses day-to-day operations and create real business value. Through these acquisitions, we can offer broader and more local presence across more regions,” says Johannes Boson, CEO of Nestit Group.

The group provides a comprehensive range of services, including IT solutions, cybersecurity, document management, telephony, and switchboard systems. With the new additions, Nestit Group strengthens its portfolio within certified IT environments, cloud services, and cybersecurity. The growth target has also been raised from SEK 1 billion to SEK 1.5 billion in the coming years.
