Karl-Emil has previously worked at Grant Thornton for seven years, including three years in corporate finance, and held the title of Authorised Public Accountant between 2011-2014. Karl-Emil has advised on over 35 M&A transactions and has extensive transaction experience. Karl-Emil holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
