Treeco Group strengthens its position through the acquisition of Rögle Plantskola

Treeco Group is the market leader in the Nordic region for plant materials and products for green infrastructure construction. The acquisition of Rögle Plantskola in Ängelholm further reinforces this position. Rögle Plantskola primarily serves the B2B market with seedlings and hedge plants. The company's customers are primarily in Sweden but also in other Nordic countries. The acquisition contributes SEK 12 million to the group's revenue.

Rögle was founded in 1965 and is led by Max Valtinat. The nursery is located in Tånga, south of Ängelholm, and has 8 experienced and competent employees. Rögle has extensive experience and expertise in plant cultivation, including seed and cutting propagation.
